Dayton Loper:

Co- Owner

Born and raised in Bluffton, South Carolina. While going to our local high school May River High, I worked in a restaurant and learned that I love hospitality. So with that in mind I decided to persue a degree in Hospitality Management.

After completing my degree I worked as a One Hot Mama’s Regional Catering manager and while working in this position for three year, I worked with Heidi McAllister as my right hand at countless events. After working with her so long, we both kept saying why don’t we just start our own business and do this ourselves. Well on one afternoon in September, I called her up and said “I have found the perfect horse trailer,” “Should we do it.” Heidi agreed and replied “Why not what is the worst that could happen.” So our adventure as business partners began.

Heidi McAllister:

Co-Owner

Adventurous and passionate about hospitality, I’ve spent years traveling and working in bars and restaurants, honing my skills in customer service and culinary creativity. I also founded my own housekeeping company, specializing in high-quality service and concierge.

Getting married and deciding to go back to college, I moved to Hilton Head to become an educator. I continued to bartend, serve, and manage at a restaurant and 12 years later I met Dayton. After years of countless events, from small parties to extravagant weddings, we realized we work amazing together and decided to adventure this new business.

Director of Marketing & Social Media Content

Born and raised in the beautiful Lowcountry, Mia brings her passion for hospitality and five years of food and beverage experience to every event she touches. Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management at the University of South Carolina Beaufort. She has discovered a love for the creative side of the industry—especially social media and event marketing. Mia specializes in showcasing events that bring people together, curating experiences that truly immerse guests and highlight the best of Southern hospitality.
